MediaTakeOut reported that Jay-Z’s made a bunch of great business decisions in his life. But his best business decision was marrying Beyonce.

Last week, Forbes magazine launched its net worth numbers, and they showed that Jay Z surpassed Diddy on the Fortune list. Jay Z is worth a reported $900M.

But a new report shows that Bey and Jay made a combined $149.1 million in 2017. But get this, while Jay-Z brings in $45.3 million thanks to his music and business holdings, his wife earns $104.3 million — more than twice as much as her man.

And a new report says that the $80M increase in Jay-Z’s net worth over the last year – is largely attributable to “marital assets.”

His song, “The Story Of O.J.” broke down Jay’s mindset when it comes to wealth and power.

“It’s like, I’m specifically speaking to us. And about who we are and how do you maintain the sense of self while pushing it forward and holding us to have a responsibility for our actions. Because in America, it is what it is. And there’s a solution for us: If we had a power base together, it would be a much different conversation than me having a conversation by myself and trying to change America by myself. If I come with 40 million people, there’s a different conversation, right? It’s just how it works. I can effect change and get whomever in office because this many people, we’re all on the same page.”

Jay Z and Beyonce have evolved into a Black power couple who spend their energies trying to encourage the community to invest in ourselves more.
